Complete bolt redesigned for superior strength and machined from 9310 alloy to multiply that strength.
Complete bolt with extreme duty chrome silicon extractor springs.

Notice the thicker web between the recess and the lugs and the larger radius at the root of the lugs. The area of attachment was increased by 40% then the 9310 material multiplies the strength. The bolt is larger in dia at the cam pin area increasing the thickness 17% and total strength apx 40% by using 9310 in the area where most bolts fail.

Our DI bolts are designed to work in Mil-Spec carriers they will not work in Adams Arms carriers however we are now making bolts specifically for AAs piston system.

Bolts should be checked for headspace by a competent gunsmith we are not liable for incorrectly fitted parts.

Details:

To install the cam pin in the bolt just hold the bolt in your left hand with the tail pointing away and your thumb on the extractor. Place a drop of oil on the cam pin, insert from the right side and twist the pin back and forth for a minute to wear the weird gray coating on the cam pin and fit the 2 together, then place the bolt in the carrier to assemble as normal.
